  Avoid. We rented a home here two years ago. We were the first to live inside of the home. Leaky faucets, poor painting and overall shoddy work. Standing at the school bus stop you can easily hear home owners listing a variety of common complaints. The doorknob to the front door fell off within a month of moving in. The doorbell never worked. They installed a deck after we moved in and I won't let my children near it because one of the posts is weak--and you can visibly see the quality. That means the contractor did the work, saw the final product and just left it like that. All along the roof you can see places where building studs are coming through. If you do buy, I would strongly suggest roping in another 20k to fix the issues that Ryan Homes will surely leave behind.
